Following his Masters Degree in Chemistry and after spells in the chemical and consulting businesses, Andrew was lured into the packaging business 15 years ago when he began working for Rexam. his 13 year stint with them included corporate development, sales and marketing and general management roles in both plastic and metal packaging.

He joined Sharp Interpack two years ago to run one of their UK businesses and co-ordinate Sharp's response to the environmental opportunity.
